I recently stayed for work at Best Western. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, with a drugstore and mall just across the street. I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room, the hardwood floors, and the well-finished bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked effectively, although I would have preferred central A/C over a window unit. I also appreciated the complimentary business center with printing facilities.

The King Room was huge and very comfortable, with a king-sized bed and good amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. We loved that our room had a spacious kitchenette which made it easy to enjoy snacks in our own space. The friendly staff contributed to a pleasant experience during our stay.

Parking was limited and difficult to find.

It was just a fine choice for a break on our long journey in Ottawa with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were super friendly and provided us with a big bar fridge right away when we mentioned the mini fridge smelled bad. Bring your own snacks if you can, as there aren’t many convenient dining options nearby.
